Executive Chef Joe Tartamella is preparing a four-course prix fixe that includes butternut squash soup, autumn kale salad, ricotta ravioli with brown butter sage, crispy skin salmon, warm apple pie, flourless chocolate cake, and more. There will be two seatings at 2 and 5 pm, and reservations are suggested. Adults $75, children $50.

Executive Chef Bryan Gregg introduced a new fall menu last month and is hosting a Thanksgiving buffet this year. The buffet features roast turkey, pig, a raw bar, salads, dessert, and more. The bakery is also offering mini pies, cakes and other delicious desserts. The new location in Jersey City has opened just in time for Thanksgiving. Choc-O-Pain’s special tarts include pumpkin, apple, pear spiced almond cream, vegan chocolate ganache, cranberry pistachio, and pecan. All orders must be placed by 7 pm on November 21.

Named an American Classic by the James Beard Foundation, Corinne’s Place is beloved for its soul food. Thanksgiving takeout includes a whole roast turkey, three sides, cornbread, and sweet potato pie. Platters are sold by size for $189 or $289. Additional meat, including chicken, beef ribs, pork ribs, turkey wings and meatloaf, can be added for $75. Orders must be placed by November 17.

This resort is hosting multiple Thanksgiving feasts. The Emerald Ballroom ($72 pp), Diamond Ballroom ($68 pp) and Black Bear Golf Club ($52 pp) are serving a buffet of seafood, other hot options, and dessert. Crystal Tavern ($72 pp) and Springs Bistro ($65 pp) offer a three-course Thanksgiving dinner, with Springs offering a wine pairing ($100 pp). Kites Restaurant ($55 pp), meanwhile, offers a three-course meal with soup, salad, turkey and dessert. Wine director Susanne Wagner is hosting tastings in the Wine Cellar, suggesting pairings with classic dishes. Reservations suggested.

Drifthouse (Sea Bright) is serving Thanksgiving meals from 12-8 pm, in addition to offering a $300, 8-10 person meal to-go. Red Horse (Rumson) is offering a Thanksgiving menu for dine-in from 12-8 pm for $95 per adult. The Goat (Union Beach) is also hosting Thanksgiving dinner from 12-8 pm for $58 per adult. Enjoy Thanksgiving to-go from Chef David Kirschner, for pick-up or delivery. The menu includes options such as potato cheddar gratin, slow-baked salmon, organic turkey, string bean casserole, goat cheesecake, pecan pie, and more. The total is $215 and serves 3-4 people; other sides and mains can be added for an additional price. All orders come with reheating instructions and must be placed by November 18.

Thanksgiving at one of New Jersey Monthly’s best restaurants includes whole roast turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, squash pie, whipped sweet potatoes, and more. Add-ons, including marinated shrimp, baked brie, and other appetizers and sides are available. The restaurant is also offering cocktails to-go. Orders must be placed by November 17 and can be picked up on November 23 or 24. Dinner packages serve 2-4 people ($249) or 6-8 ($499).

The package can feed 3-4 people ($225) or 6-8 ($425). Orders must be submitted by November 18 and can be picked up on November 23 or 24.
