Now spring is on the way, what better time to get out and about in the countryside and raise cash for ASBAH at the same time.

A sponsored walk needn’t be a gruelling 20-mile hike. Instead get a group of friends together for a ramble through the countryside… planning a stop-off for refreshment along the way.

It could be the perfect excuse you need for a day out in the fresh air with good company and the knowledge that you are also benefiting ASBAH.
